CIOMetrics specializes in assisting organizations that are not content with their current state of efficiency, Information Technology, or internal communications, and those that have a high cost of processing large amounts of transactions.

We have helped many organizations that wanted to establish accountability across disparate project teams, automate processes, allow for lean methodology support and those wanting to enable business consequence modeling and real-time reporting.

CIOMetrics works with your organization to increase productivity, consolidate operations and move the organization to an appropriate level at the appropriate time. For instance, if four levels of productivity have been identified, and your organization is at level 1, we will work with you to set goals and measurements to move to level 2, then set additional goals for level 3 and level 4.

Dennis Ulrich, Partner

Executive expert at assessing, evaluating organizational workforce needs, processes and productivity efficiencies, data-driven decision making and the effective use of Baldrige-based processes and quality tools. Dennis has been the Vice President Workforce Development at Cincinnati State college, Dean Community and Continuing Education at Cuyahoga Community College, Director, Executive MBA and Center for Executive Education at Kent State University and AVP Claims Training Manager at Progressive Insurance. Dennis has a Ph.D. in History of Science and Technology from Miami University.

Mark Budke, Partner

Operations executive with broad experience in strategic operations planning and oversight, and leading diverse teams of software development professionals to industry-leading solutions. Mark has experience with start-up ventures, small businesses and large corporate operations. Experienced in creating and implementing proposals for increasing technical quality and efficiency and improving profitability, procuring venture capital and streamlining operations. Mark has a MEd from Vanderbilt University in Human Resource Development.

Anil Rajadhyaksha, Senior Consultant

Entrepreneur and technology consultant with 30 years of experience. Anil has worked with many companies, including many government and state level organizations as a management consultant specializing in management structures and supplying software business solutions. Anil has earned an MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Production / Behavioral Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
